Meaningful Work From Day One
This position aims to provide full HR administration support for the Netherlands and Stein, working with the HR Manager to ensure an excellent level of service for employees, contractors, and expatriates.
The location is flexible across Europe.
What You Can Expect
Manage all HR Administration for employees – drafting employment contracts, vacation tracking, sick leave management, maternity, and other leaves processing, providing employment confirmations, and issuing employer’s statements.
Updating and maintaining all HR policies as required.
Supports the HRM in projecting compensations/Total rewards based on actual data for new fiscal years, merit/STI revisions, and business reviews in collaboration with HR Managers, Accounting & Finance teams
Coordinates Benefits Administration including pension plans, product allowance, car leases, commuting allowance, etc.
Advise and directly support the HR Manager in the area of all HR topics specifically related to HR administration, processes, systems, Total Rewards, and employee obligations related to all sorts of leaves and pensions recognized by Dutch labor law Responsible for managing employee data relating to open positions, employment offers & contracts, compensation/job evaluation, benefit-related communication, orientation and onboarding, and termination process.
Provides HR guidance to all employees on various HR topics and issues in partnership with the HR Manager including internal HR policies, practices, procedures & regulations.
Supports HRM in the execution of the hiring process, inputting new hire data in the system, creating cost centers, communicating with the new hire to collect all required documentation, contracts, etc
Ensure that new starters on the payroll are onboarded effectively, including ensuring they are provided with IT equipment and liaising with the appropriate teams to enable a smooth onboarding process.
Ensure that employee changes are processed according to BF guidelines and that approved procedures are kept.
Maintain a proper set of personnel files, kept confidential & electronically, for all employees.
Taking care of Health and Safety related administration: liaising with the B-F security team, arranging RI&E and PME and ergonomic checks, ensuring First Aid certificates are renewed on time, and keeping contact with Arbo Services.
Following up on local NL Labor Regulations changes and informing the HR Manager accordingly.
Assistance with processing HR-related invoices.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Business, Law, HR, similar
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable HR Admin role
Excellent English and Dutch language skills
Proven HR administration skills, Dutch Labor Law solid knowledge, compensation and benefits, recruitment, hiring, and termination.
Attention to detail without losing track of priorities, deadlines, and service level to HR clients.
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the company & external partners.
IT & HRM systems savvy (Workday, LMS, Google tools)
