Meaningful Work from Day One

Reporting to Senior Manager/Total Rewards Business Partner this position will be focusing on the full spectrum of Total Rewards programs. You will be responsible for developing,

adopting and implementing various Brown-Forman’s total rewards strategy and framework

across APAC, including salary ranges creation, sales incentive design, benefits programs review, market trend analysis and mobility management for global relocations.

You will be our subject matter expert to help deliver and implement rewards program communication that enable B-F to remain a competitive employer as well as to develop and adhere to guidelines aligned with the Brown Forman culture and values.

What you will experience

  • Review and update regional compensation and benefits policies and procedures

  • on a regular basis for an assigned area of the business

  • Undertake research, analysis and support the design of the global Total Rewards strategy

  • Assist in the compensation structure such as job grading, job analysis and evaluation exercise

  • Provide guidance to HRBPs on the up-to-date rewards practices

  • Partner with HRBPs to ensure local rewards program meets the needs of different employee groups

  • Leverage on internal resources and external partners to identify opportunities for new initiatives

  • Assure data integrity in our HRIS systems (Workday)

  • Participate in any ad hoc special projects

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in regional C&B

  • Practical working knowledge of statistical techniques for data analysis

  • Sound business acumen equipped with good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills for cross functional collaboration

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
