Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, administration, and optimization of domestic and global employee benefits programs. Combining strategic planning and operational expertise, this role oversees the delivery of benefits solutions while partnering with external partners to ensure regulatory compliance. The Benefits Program Manager works closely with internal teams and vendors to align benefits programs with organizational goals.
What You Can Expect:
Program Implementation & Administration:
Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of new benefits programs or enhancements.
Collaborate internally with HRIT, Payroll, IT, and externally with vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Oversee ongoing benefits operations, including enrollment, claims escalations, and issue resolution.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluations.
Serve as the primary Tier III contact for escalated benefits issues and complex cases
Employee Communication & Training:
In partnership with the internal communications team, design communication strategies to engage and educate employees on benefits programs and changes.
Develop training materials and other valuable resources, including sessions to successfully educate and inform internal stakeholders (i.e. annual enrollment, new benefit implementations).
Address complex employee inquiries, providing guidance on program options and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Use data analytics and employee feedback to recommend program enhancements.
Stay informed of industry trends to ensure benefits offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.
Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of benefits administration.
What You Bring to the Table:

Experience leveraging at least 5 years of experience managing Benefit programs, a genuine enjoyment is found in simplifying complex processes.
Consistently achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service
Proactively support the team and contribute to the organization's overall success.
Strong collaboration skills, ensuring work connects with others for relevance and effectiveness.
Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities within a rapidly changing rewards environment.
