Brown-Forman Presentation Development Specialist in Louisville, Kentucky

Meaningful Work From Day One:

The Presentation Development Specialist will support the creation and delivery of infographics, digital assets and other visual communications for the Brown-Forman Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Brown-Forman Brand/Corporate Communication team, as well as in support of our team’s communication partners. This role will research, develop and produce a wide range of visual communication deliverables for both internal and external audiences. He or she will bring a graphic design background to the role and will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with the Lead, Presentation Development and in close collaboration with the Brown-Forman Design group. It is an opportunity to bring the Brown-Forman Brand to life effectively and consistently through the power of visual storytelling.

What You Can Expect:

  • Partners with Presentation Development Lead to develop highly integrated, impactful, and effective communications that leverage design to enhance storytelling and messaging

  • Collaborates closely on related projects with B-F Design and B-F Brand colleagues. Independently creates visual assets that enhance development and delivery of internal and external corporate communications

  • Utilizes and reflects the B-F Brand identity standards and guidelines (tone, voice, look, feel, expression, assets), common templates, and established best practices

  • Proactive in the development of alternative solutions to communication needs for the broader department (e.g., digital newsletters, more complex presentation options, basic design requirements for printed materials)

We Are Looking For People Who:

  • Ability to shift quickly between projects, tools, clients

  • Comfortable liaising with Executive-level clients on occasion

  • Efficient, but accurate/quality-oriented work output

What Makes You Unique:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, journalism, or a related field plus 2 years of experience

  • Proven ability to use design as a communications and storytelling tool (portfolio or work examples will be requested)

  • A willingness to take on a wide variety of communication projects and work on multiple projects at once

  • Desire to learn, innovate and grow

  • Fluent and functional in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

  • Fluent and functional in PowerPoint and Google Slides platforms

  • Experience in, or confidence learning, a variety of new digital asset tools (ex: Infogram, Canva, Beautiful.ai, etc.)

  • Louisville-based (position has local remote working options available)

Locations considered for this opening:

B-F Headquarters office in Louisville, KY

Remote, at home locations within driving distance to Louisville, KY in order to be in the office a few times a month.
