Under the direction of the Retail Manager and working closely with the Retail team in the Old Forester Gift Shop, this position executes and performs the day-to-day functions in the Old Forester Gift Shop.

What You Can Expect

• Provide brand, product and merchandise education to gift shop customers.

• Operate retail POS system.

• Accurately handle cash.

• Restock shelves and rotate merchandise.

• Perform routine cleaning.

• Answer the gift shop phone and relay messages promptly and accurately.

• Assist with floor re-sets.

• Perform opening and closing procedures.

• Monitor supply levels and report to findings management.

• Communicate inventory needs.

• Maintain the presentation of the gift shop floor.

• Enforce the Old Forester premium bottle policy.

• Take customer orders and process transactions.

• Assists in inventory management and cycle counting.

• Resolves minor customer issues.

• Assist in shipping and receiving .

• Perform other duties assigned.

• High school diploma.

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Strong customer service skills.
