What You Will Do in This Role
The USA & Canada business, led by 400+ people, represents over 13.5 million cases of 9L volume and over $2.2 billion in gross sales. While our USA&C business has been quite successful, we seek to further empower our business leaders with their respective commercial planning, execution, and evaluation tools while at the same time leveraging synergies found with centralized commercial administration.
The Commercial Reporting Lead plays a critical role supporting the effective design and efficient role out of our centralized commercial reporting and is responsible for overseeing the successful commercial administration of select business operations.
To successfully accomplish the prior mentioned objectives, the Commercial Reporting Lead will travel less than 10% of the time and will partner with multiple USA&C functional groups including sales, marketing, and financial functions.
What You Will Experience
Commercial & Operational Reporting (60% )
Metrics Alignment (supports the facilitation and alignment of key metric calculations)
Business Translation and Dashboard Design (partner with key stakeholders across the organization to understand performance evaluation needs and design optimized dashboards to support decision making)
Project Management between technical support and operational areas (serve as conduit between operational functions and IT resources when modifying, creating, implementing new and existing operational systems and processes)
Commercial Administration (40%)
Control States Bonus (Tertile oversight, field communication & support, coordination with accounting)
Coupons (Regular budgeting, Inmar relationship management, monthly reconciliation)
National Performance Trackers (Awards, incentives, and national programming scorecard design and management)
MRM Administration (reconciliations, goal process management, system support, user trainings)
Project based analysis for the organization (takes on ad hoc analytical exercises to help build evaluation and decision making paradigms for various teams and functions across the organization)
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or business analytics (Graduate degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, analytics, and/or operations support.
Influence and Communication Skills (proven ability to lead from the middle, comfortable with a matrix organization)
Analysis capabilities (combining and utilizing databases to create reporting and analytics)
Project Management (experience managing projects across multiple teams and functions)
Proficiency with Tableau (or similar data visualization software reporting systems, including workbook development)
Multi-Functional understanding (familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Finance)
