Meaningful Work From Day One
The role is responsible for business partnering with a cross-functional team to provide strategic financial guidance to drive sustainable net revenue growth. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to, RGM strategy development and execution, active contribution to shaping all aspects of consumer price positioning, generation and deployment of relevant insights and foresights (including x-category benchmarking). The ideal candidate will proactively and collaboratively work across the organization to develop and influence the strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization and provide thoughtful insights on key business decisions. In addition, the incumbent will focus on the driving commercial acumen of the organization. The most qualified candidate will drive company performance and talent development as well as their own. What You Can Expect
Serve the company as a key driver of the RGM pillar with a keen understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable net revenue growth.
Work to ensure the achievement of RGM financial plans and supporting execution initiatives.
Present and communicate to senior stakeholders the forecasts, performance, and potential risks/opportunities of financial performance.
Partner with multiple senior stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.) and provide strategic and financial guidance to all aspects of the RGM initiative.
Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency within the commercial finance team and beyond.
Provide guidance and support to the RGM initiative for Monthly, Annual and Mid-term plans of the business.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Sales functions as well as external agencies and (potentially) other FMCG players in creation of robust consumer pricing and trade insights agenda.
Constantly sharpen pricing insights and foresights based on the learnings generated as well as continuous identification of new sources of information including understanding of competitor pricing strategies.
Proactively deploy insights and foresights to identify value creation and margin enhancement opportunities.
Act as a role model when it comes to coaching, capabilities and career development actively creating and pursuing opportunities for professional and personal growth.

What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related area. CPA, MBA, MAC or international equivalent preferred.
Several years’ of professional experience including at least few years of exposure to revenue growth management (RGM) projects and/or similar commercial initiatives
Strong business acumen, proven ability to understand market demand patterns and generate relevant insights
Ability to demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking with strong influencing and leadership skills
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate financial strategy, results, and forecasts.
Client-service mindset, orientation towards helping others and the business to growth and optimize ways of working
Fluent in Russian and English
