Brown-Forman Key Account Manager - On-Premise in Pasig City, Philippines
Meaningful Work From Day One
This role reports to the On-Premise Manager, who heads up the On-Premise channel in B-F Philippines. The role supports the On-Premise work in NCR and is vital to develop B-F Philippines for the next level of growth. It works closely with Marketing and other commercial colleagues to develop, grow and drive an unified goal to achieve results.
The Key Account Manager, On-Premise will identify the key accounts in the region, formulate the on-premise strategies and programs, and drive implementation through partners and customers directly. The role will identify the potential and maximize opportunities in the area and develop them.
The role takes on a good understanding of the on-premise environment in the Philippines, ability to develop the channel and is expected to be operational and hands-on in the market.
What You Can Expect
● Identify the potential of on-premise channels, develop and build the plans to capture market leadership in the channel.
● Identify and build strong relationships with top customers and gain top-of-mind brandshare in these accounts.
● Build category leadership and effective business plans with accounts to drive growth for B-F.
● Build distribution and customer base to achieve goals, profit and volume targets of the assigned area.
● Ensure excellent implementation of marketing programs, with strong in-outlet excellence visibility.
● Evaluate promotions and programs on its level of impact and effectiveness, and continue to develop effective and efficient programs to win in the market.
● Keep abreast of competitor activities and ensure immediate communications within stakeholders.
● Responsible to effectively manage time in order to achieve all set deadlines.
● Be proactive in self-development, sharing best practice, key learnings and by participating in internal.
● Effective and efficient management of business expenses incurred in line with Company guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table
● Tertiary education, qualified in a business-related field
● More than 3 years experience in sales with a proven track record
● Experience in on-premise channels and customer/client selling experience
● Trade Marketing management experience is an added advantage
● Experience working in an international environment
● Proven sales achievements
