Brown-Forman Asia is one of the operational units of the Brown-Forman International division. Asia presents one of the largest opportunities for Brown-Forman globally and is expected to continue to be one of the most significant growth contributors to the company. With Japan and China as key markets, B-F Asia is composed of 19 countries with 100+ employees distributed across offices in 10 key mega-cities. From a portfolio perspective, Asia is largely led by our flagship Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, presenting a large opportunity for our Super Premium portfolio of American Whiskeys and Single Malt Scotches.

On-premise channel.

What Can You Expect

  • Promotion of Brown-Forman brands in the on-premise. Achievement of brand placement and brand awareness with consumers and customers

  • Maintain effective business relationships with key customers, ensuring that B-F PH is recognized as the category expert

  • Implement effective business plans with key customers, which drive profitable volume for B-F PH and achieve financial success for the customer

  • Assist with business reviews with key customers that gauge the effectiveness of account plans and specifies corrective action where necessary to ensure business objectives are achieved

  • Ensure key account in-outlet standards in relation to merchandising standards are maintained

  • Continuously update and maintain all information requirements within internal reporting systems including comprehensive account and territory plans, data gathering and sales programs effectivity

  • Ensure effective use of sales tools provided by B-F PH.

  • Execute & evaluate tactical consumer promotions of on-premise programs to the required level of impact and effectiveness within the set timing and budgets

  • Be continually aware of competitor activity and ensure that this is immediately communicated to the business through correct channels i.e., Brands, Commercial Team, Sales Team meetings etc.

  • Take a responsible approach to effectively managing time in order to achieve all set deadlines

  • Be proactive in self-development, sharing best practice, key learnings and by participating in internal programs or project work

  • Effectively and efficiently manage any business expenses incurred in line with company guidelines

  • Ensure achievement of annual distribution and visibility targets

  • In-outlet excellence – brand standards (availability - pricing - merchandising)

  • Implementation of marketing & sales programs

We Are Looking For People Who Have

  • Proven sales/selling experience

  • Experience in customer/client servicing

  • Experience in FMCG selling environment is highly desirable

  • Experience in the on-premise channel is preferable
