Meaningful Work From Day One:
Sales Administrative Support is responsible for support and coordination of internal processes which are essential for customer management and filed execution productivity and effectiveness. These include customer and product data processing and administrative duties for the Sales department, cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.
What You Can Expect:
Creation of orders and their subsequent invoicing incl. documents in the internal system (Coupa)
Logistics cards for customers - creation, management, updating
Updating logistics data in customer systems
Price lists administration (updating price lists based on inputs from KAM)
Entering prices into promo tracker tool based on promotional agreements from KAM
Preparation of visual materials for leaflets in coordination with trade marketing
Promotional agreements administration with selected customers
Administration of contracts (from google drive to physical records, coordination of signatures and entry for signature, etc.)
Managing/updating the listing overview
Record keeping of On-Trade contractual and gentleman outlets, their compensation + entry into Coupa according to agreed ASM documents
And other administrative support
What You Bring To The Table:
Experience in administrative support role or similar
PC proficiency in Microsoft and Google would be a bonus
English/Czech or Slovak speaking and writing
Good communication skills
Quality Awareness - focus on keeping and enhancing the quality of what needs to be done in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistent with policies, guidelines and best practices
Honesty and positive attitude
