Meaningful work from day one
Working closely with our Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead end to end marketing execution and A&P budget management for the Singapore and Malaysia markets. You will gain exposure to strategic planning and brand initiatives, and deliver excellence in execution and manage agency / distributor stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for PR, event management and coordination for both Trade and consumer related activities.
What you will experience
Implement the channel strategies in the core channels (On & Off-Trade) and E-commerce
Plan and execute brand activation calendar across all channels while maintaining consistent and high executional quality
Collate data for evaluation & analysis of marketing led activations & derive insights for improvement to the strategic framework
Partners closely with Brand Ambassadors to drive advocacy across key markets with measurable KPIs
Assist the Commercial team in tracking channel segmentation by account, to establish and track performance of visibility at the point of purchase
Build effective and lasting working relationships representing our brands with trade partners
Assist in the forecasting for new product development, product limited editions and exclusives
Assist in distributor management and regularly coordinate with distributors’ Sales & Marketing team
Plan, develop and maintain reports on projects, trade promotions & promotional material inventory
Contribute to Country/Brand plans and monthly and quarterly business reviews
Maintain budget tracking with adherence to Finance guidelines, and support relevant invoice processing
Coordination of any frequent/ad-hoc requests
At least 4 years experience with the On & Off-Trade channel marketing experience in the Alcohol Beverage, FMCG, or Luxury sector
Local market knowledge is essential
Experience working on E-commerce and digital marketing
Experience working with cross-functional teams and channels
Track record of cultivating strong relationships with key external & internal partners
Strong skills in managing multiple projects and promotions
Excellent command of English and Mandarin language
