Our Australian team of 150 people, work in regional and city locations throughout the country, with offices in Sydney (Head Office), Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

As a Brand Ambassador, the spirit of entrepreneurship is at the heart of everything we do. You will be the leading expert on our brands and categories as you educate, engage and inspire passion across our internal and external partners. This position holds a pivotal role in influencing and driving our portfolio of brands in the market.
What you will experience
Spending time in on-premise venues and building strong relationships with our customers to understand business needs. In return, provide industry, category, brand or business-relevant information which will add value for the customer.
Managing local market trade advocacy budget.
Delivering internal and external brand training sessions.
Develop a deep understanding of drink-making processes and skills, industry category knowledge and Brown-Forman drinks.
Develop long term strategic account plans collaboratively with key customers.
Activate and evaluate brand activations and account plans within the necessary budgets and timeframes.
Optimise resources when executing Brown-Forman programs.
Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable outcomes that benefit the customer and Brown-Forman.
Previous experience in FMCG sales, hospitality or key account management
Experience / knowledge within the on-premise channel
Broad product and technical drinks knowledge is essential
Experience presenting to small and large groups
Must have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Commercially astute and passionate for our brands
