職務概要

営業管理に新しい基礎の作成。営業組織の全体的な生産性と有効性の責任が求められます。社内・社外関係者と協力しながら営業組織に関わるすべての目標達成を求められます。営業予算の計画と管理、および営業組織の生産性に不可欠なサポート機能を担当します(計画、管理、報告、目標設定/管理、販売プロセスの最適化、販売プログラムの実施、リベートの設計と管理を含む)。戦略的かつ組織的なマインドセットを持ち合わせた、チームプレイヤーを求めています。

具体的な職務内容

  • 販売条件ガイドライン設定と管理

  • 販売予測、計画、および予算編成プロセスの管理

  • 営業組織内の売上目標と予算設定

  • 営業部と販売会社と協力して販売プロセスの管理と改善

  • 営業部の概況報告書

必要とされる知識・スキル・経験・学歴

  • 食品・日用品業界で10年以上の営業・営業管理の経験

  • 洋酒業界(卸・量販店・業務用店)のマージンやリベート知識

  • 分析力と判断力

  • 大卒以上

  • Excelを含むパソコンスキル(ほかの分析ツールなどの経験があれば尚可)

Meaningful Work From Day One

This position will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organisation. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are enabled within the sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new foundations in sales management. You will be responsible for planning and controlling sales budgets and supporting functions essential to the sales force productivity (including planning, controlling, reporting, target setting / management, sales process optimisation, sales program implementation, compensation design and administration).

What you will experience

  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization and other functions as required. Proactively monitors to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts

  • Supports the assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources

  • Ensure all sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion and proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement

  • Works closely with both B-F Japan and its distributor sales management to review sales process quality and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Monitors the distribution of sales reports and other data intelligence essential to the sales organization

  • Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed

  • Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams, monitor compliance to maintain CRM data and optimizes the effectiveness of the technology investments

  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development of sales incentive compensation framework

  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships

Your profile:

  • Minimum ten years of sales / sales management experience in an FMCG environment.

  • Strong experience in analysing trade structures and trade margins and developing / implementing suitable frameworks

  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.

  • High level communication skills, and experience working with multiple matrix team members

  • Degree qualified

  • PC proficiency, Excel, Access databases mastered, others valued
