Drive sales and distribution within the off-premise and travel retail channels, implementing marketing programs and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets and brand-building objectives.
What You Can Expect
● Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales and profit growth while ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategies.
● Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage customer relationships to achieve favorable outcomes and optimize business results.
● Sales & Distribution: Drive sales and distribution strategies, leveraging market analysis and demand forecasting to maximize revenue generation.
● Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
● Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring to the Table
●Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in the Travel Retail or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and profit growth.
●Channel Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Off-Trade channel and established relationships with key stakeholders.
●Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
●Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
●Team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a matrix organization.
●Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 40% of the time).
