Brown-Forman HoReCa Coordinator in Warsaw, Poland
HoReCa Coordinator plays a leading role in increasing foodservice coverage and branding activities and is responsible for the level of KPIs (distribution, brand awareness, visibility) for Brown-Forman brands for the channel On-Trade in Poland and deals with distribution, product availability and training for subordinates.

Meaningful Work From Day One
Creating a long-term distribution and sales strategy based on the knowledge of the HoReCa market, trends and competition.
Implementation of the set goals in terms of the chosen strategy in the assigned region and Poland.
Continuous monitoring of the market, competitors' activities, emerging trends and identifying opportunities and threats for the company's operations in a given region.
Managing the regional advertising and promotional budget and ensuring that all activities are in line with marketing plans for individual brands and bring maximum return on investment in terms of visibility and sales.
National implementation and evaluation of the effects of promotional activities developed by the marketing department or individual activities addressed to a given group of customers.
Implementation of the strategy of regular trade visits for the region in accordance with the work plan.
Building relationships as well as care for maintaining positive business relationships with network and individual customers.
Ensuring high quality standards in customer service.
Continuous development of the base of potential network customers - orientation in the market, acquiring new ones
Coordination of projects and implementation of programs to deepen knowledge about the brands offered among customers, business partners and sales representatives.
Implementation of contract policy and control of operating costs related to the subordinate region/customers.
Cooperation with the marketing, finance and logistics departments and responding to the needs of the management board of the Brown Forman office in Poland.
Cooperation with RSM and the entire team of OT representatives - maintaining contact with persons responsible for cooperation with hotels and chain stores in a given commercial area.
Cooperation with the OFT field sales staff - maintaining contact with persons responsible for wholesale cooperation in a given commercial area.
Supervising projects carried out by external companies (advertising and technical agencies)
Production of POSM / Branding materials under the supervision of OTM and marketing.
Preparation and delivery of required reports.
Readiness to work in flexible hours.

Management of the nationwide market of hotel and catering chains - 65%
Preparation of a strategy for operation in hotel and catering chains
Identifying the most important hotel and catering customers in Poland
Maintaining business contacts with buyers of catering chains
Maintaining business contacts with 4 and 5 star hotels in the subordinate area of the Mazowieckie / Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship and selected 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Poland
We Are Looking For People With
Higher education
4 years of experience in direct cooperation with clients on the FMCG market
Experience in working on the FMCG/On-Trade/HORECA market.
Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills
Analytical thinking, openness and goal orientation
What You Can Add to the Recipe:
Master's degree in management
At least 4 years of sales experience on the FMCG market - preferred in the OT segment
2 years of experience in managing teams
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Computer literacy (MS Office package - Power Point, Excel, Word)
Drivers licence – category B
