Meaningful Work From Day One

This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As finance business partner the incumbent will interact with the Sales, the Trade/Customer Marketing, and the Marketing teams as well as the other departments to actively drive business decisions. This person will work directly for the Finance Director.

What You Can Expect

Being a finance business partner, you will:

• Provide financial base for decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis on product and customer level.

• Actively participate in further improving price and conditions system and in the regular negotiation process to drive appropriate pricing.

• Be the first point of contact and partner for marketing and sales in pricing related topics.

• Develop insights based on the 5 levers of the RGM: Price positioning, Promotional effectiveness, Trade terms, Price pack architecture, Channel and customer mix.

• Actively participate in rolling forecast and budget planning.

• Validate that channel and customer pricing and discounts are accurate. Analyse variances and explain their drivers.

• Preparation of presentations and reports relating to Actuals, budget, and forecasts.

• Coordinate in cooperation w/other team members and departments Month-End-Closing process.

• Represent finance department in special, cross-functional projects

• Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team.

• Support Finance Director in daily basis Finance department activities.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of finance experience with a multinational consumer products goods company or equivalent experience.

• Fluency in English and Czech language in everyday work.

• Strong financial and analytical abilities.

• Experience with software applications in accounting, budgeting and valuation techniques (MS Office, SAP incl. Business Warehouse/BI).

• SAP knowledge and proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
