This position will be focused on strengthening our position in the On-trade channel by developing compelling activities turning brand choices into purchases.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Senior Trade Marketing Specialist will ensure the execution of the best-in-class presence and prominence of Brown Forman brands in on-trade channel in line with brand building & channel strategies.

This position’s scope is to translate brand strategies into effective and outstanding visibility solutions to drive consumer purchase behaviour.

What You Can Expect

  • Preparation and execution of 12M multi-branded activity calendar for on-trade channel covering key selling periods identified in Brand and Commercial Plans to maximise effectiveness.

  • Translate brand strategies (physical availability: prominence) into development and distribution of innovative POSM that support brand identity, build visibility and make our brands stand out from competitors.

  • Responsible for the development, planning, execution and evaluation of On-Trade activations/promotions:

  • Independently leads & briefs external agencies on projects/ promotions

  • Monitoring of implementation, Regularly provide reports on activity/promotion efficiency

  • Evaluate main activations, actively look for optimization and new opportunities in the market

  • Provide support and expertise in creating Picture of Success for on-trade , through detailed customer and market analysis and knowledge.

  • Cooperate & be the key contact for On-Trade Sales Team in the area of brand prominence in the on-trade venues.

  • Cooperate with Brand Ambassadors in order to provide the best in class On Trade trainings for bartenders.

  • Advise in on-trade channel understanding, cocreate Customer Plans and Portfolio management alongside with identification of new opportunities for our brands.

  • Lead the development, production and distribution of POSM materials for brand campaigns based on the communication guidelines delivered by Brand Marketing.

  • Cooperation with creative agencies, manufacturers & contractors including POSM warehouse.

  • Budget management to keep it within approved budget frames.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in on-trade sales / trade marketing, or trained HORECA manager.

  • Time & project management and organisational skills, attention to detail.

  • Experience in working with external agencies and writing briefs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations).

  • Very good analytical skills.

  • Strong Computer skills (MS Office applications/Google applications).

  • Polish and English language knowledge and use .

  • Ability to cope with broad variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • FMCG experience.
