This position will be focused on strengthening our position in the off-trade & e-commerce channel by developing compelling activities able to turn brand choices into purchases.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The holder of the Trade Marketing Specialist position will ensure execution of the best-in-class presence and prominence of Brown Forman brands in the off-trade & e-commerce environment in line with brand, channel and client strategies to deliver fiscal year plans. The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing 4P execution leading to prominent, distinctive and relevant physical availability of our brands in respective channels.

What You Can Expect

  • Contribute to preparation of 12M activity calendar for e-commerce, convenience and traditional retail channels covering key selling periods identified in Brand and Commercial Plans to maximise effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team turning the “selling stories” into sales tools effectively present brands, products and the marketing initiatives to their customers.

  • Support preparation of 4P, expressed by Picture of Success, through detailed customer and market analysis and knowledge.

  • Advise in customers & channel understanding, cocreate Customer Plans and Portfolio management alongside with identification of new opportunities for our brands.

  • Actively participate in clients’ meetings, close cooperate and support KAMs to meet Win with Customers agenda.

  • Lead the development, production and distribution of POSM materials for brand campaigns based on the communication guidelines delivered by Brand Marketing.

  • Preparation of in-store consumer activations and Tailor-Made actions in cooperation with Brand Marketing and Sales Team, monitoring of implementation, post-evaluation.

  • Cooperation with creative agencies, manufacturers & contractors including POSM warehouse.

  • Identify new market opportunities and adjust the investments to strategic channels and the one with potential to grow.

  • Ensure proper communication to BF Sales Team and trade partners, concerning BF products, brand platforms, POSm availability and logistics.

  • Track the trade related spending and keep them within approved budget frames.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in sales / trade marketing.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations).

  • Time & project management and organisational skills, attention to details

  • Computer skills (MS Office applications/Google applications).

  • Polish and English language knowledge and use.

  • Ability to cope with broad variety of task in a dynamic environment.

  • FMCG experience.
